Resolution File?

What is definition of resolution file?? Resolution files are usually called DPI (Dots per Inch) or PPI (Pixels per inch). Which is the number of dots in an image. Duration of production is 12 working days. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday.

Things to be noticed before ordering

We will not receive any complain if the result is not as you expected. We highly recommend ordering a sample before the bulk order.
We suggest that you can provide the good quality picture file that meets our requirements to avoid the bad resolution picture result
Provide us the design that complete with the stroke line so that we can do pressing and cutting. We will not responsible for the result if you don't provide the stroke line.

We highly recommend you to provide JPG/PNG file type.
If the data you are sending is going to be edited, inform our admin or write a note on the web so we can help editing the design.

Return Policy

Any claims regarding the products have to be submitted within 2 working days after the product received otherwise we will not be able to respond and process the defects.
